Hungry
Started my first day of Paleo today. My roommate has been doing Paleo and the Couch to 5k for almost a month now, and she looks great. I’m trying to take it up myself, its not that I feel overweight, but in the last year or so I have done a lot of “comfort” food and have forgotten how to eat healthy. I’m hoping this diet will be a jump start to repriotizing my food choices.
Unfortunately, I did not realize how much carbs fill you up. I have eaten mainly vegetables and protein today, but I feel emptier. Laura says its the first few days, but then you feel energized. It may be a little lie, but I pretty much ate like that in Africa and it felt great. Let’s see how this works!
